“What stayed with me is the calm and gentle facilitation, and the way we were encouraged to pause and check in with ourselves. I have been carrying this way of communicating into my own therapy sessions, and it is making a real difference.”

“Your insights on building an environment based on safety, trust and empowerment were incredibly valuable. I walked away with a much deeper understanding of these, and of the neurobiology behind trauma behaviour.”

Puspita Bharati Samantaray · Clinical Psychologist

“This training was honestly very eye opening and gave a much-needed transdiagnostic way of looking at the most common concerns we see in practice. The content was well backed by neurobiological research, which made it feel solid and credible.”
