18 + 3 hour (virtual) Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

What will I learn?

Emotionally focussed therapy (EFT) is an evidenced-based experiential humanistic psychotherapy with its foundation in affective neuroscience.

This training in EFT will cover how attachment neurobiology is implemented to bring the corrective emotional experience to clients with trauma histories which can lead to second order change than mere symptom relief.

The training will cover the stages of EFT and the macro and micro intervention skills with relevant case examples.

NOTE: This training is only open for those who completed the Trauma-informed psychological interventions training. https://connectandrestore.in/trauma-informed-training
